Terms of Booking

Thank you for choosing to book with NSW Inn. We look forward to welcoming you. By placing a booking with NSW Inn, you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set out. During your stay, you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact NSW Inn before making a booking.


To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 21 years of age unless an exception has been made prior with the NSW Inn management. The maximum number of staying guests per room is 2 unless permission has been granted from NSW Inn. Where the person making the booking is different from the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival, and damages as set out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third-party visitors are only allowed access with prior permission from NSW Inn.

To secure any booking we require a Credit/Debit card to be held with NSW Inn.  No charges will be inferred to your card until your day of arrival or a cancelation fee is charged.


Booking Confirmation & Deposit:

Currently, we do not ask for a deposit but payment in full is required. All bookings online are confirmed by email.



Payment will be collected at the time of booking. All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason.


All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors, and the owners at all times. NSW Inn reserves the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance/nuisance to other guests, neighbors, or the owners.


Check-in & Check-out

Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below:

  • Check-in by: 3:00 pm on the day of arrival

  • Check-out by: 10:00 am on the day of departure

If an earlier or later check-in time is needed, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.


Cancellation & Non-Arrival Conditions

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact NSW Inn as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made 48hrs or more in advance of arrival date will not be charged

  • Cancellation made 47hrs. or less of arrival date will incur a 20% charge of the full booking amount

Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason will be charged the full amount of the booking.

In the rare event NSW Inn needs to cancel your booking, please be aware that NSW Inn cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond their control and that their liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.



Wi-Fi is available for use by registered guests of NSW Inn. 


The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the World Wide Web, email, messaging, social media, light video/ music/media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads/uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.


Damages & Lost Property

NSW Inn reserves the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused by the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs.


Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners NSW Inn accepts no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer to ship lost items at the cost of the property owner.


Key Replacement

Lost keys or unreturned keys will incur a $20 replacement fee per each key lost or unreturned.



Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco is prohibited in rooms and common areas of NSW Inn.


Pets & Service Dogs

NSW Inn does not accept animals, except for service dogs with proper information and papers.



Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.


Our Right to Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.



NSW Inn does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
